What happens if the information isn’t available?

If the requested information does not exist, Evolve notifies the user and suggests the closest related topics from the Knowledge Base.

Can we upload different types of files?

Yes. You can upload materials in any file format, and Evolve will organize them into a clear, structured Knowledge Base.

How does search work?

Search is chat-based. Users ask a question, and Evolve responds using the uploaded documents and courses in the Knowledge Base.
