New capabilities for user management, employee development, and content creation

In this release, we expanded platform administration capabilities, improved development tracks, and introduced new tools for creating engaging learning content.
Login as another user

A new role has been introduced that allows administrators to log in as any user. Administrators with this permission can access the platform and perform actions exactly as the selected user would.

This helps resolve employee requests faster, review the user experience, and troubleshoot issues without requiring additional information from users.
Manager access to user profile

Managers can now access employee profiles and view information about all assigned activities without the ability to edit or manage them.

This makes it easier to monitor team development and identify learning needs.
Development tracks as a separate section

Development tracks can now include any type of activity, including courses, assessments, and events. To make them easier to access, they are now available in a dedicated section of the user profile.
Simulator improvements and platform stability

This release also includes multiple technical improvements focused on enhancing simulations and overall platform stability.
We continue improving performance, reliability, and user experience across all key platform workflows.
