Multiple simulations in a course, scene-based video editing, and more flexible notifications

This release makes it easier to build richer learning experiences, manage data in tables, and configure how notifications reach users across different channels.
Multiple simulations in one course
A single course can now contain multiple independent simulations. When editing a simulation, you can define its own goals, tasks, and evaluation criteria, even if another simulation already exists for the same course.
More flexible tables
  • Sort user and course tables by column headers.
  • Customize the manager’s My Team table to focus on the information that matters most.
Improved Evolve Agent workflows in Microsoft Teams
The agent can now support additional workflows, including translating or cloning courses, launching SCORM exports, and checking when the resulting files are ready. It can also retrieve links to available courses, explain why a track stage is blocked, and provide previews of up to 30 rows of analytics data.
Redesigned notification settings
Email notification settings have been reorganized by notification type and delivery channel at both the platform and account levels. Accounts can disable channels permitted by the platform, and delivery now respects individual settings for email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
Clearer event statuses
Events are now marked In progress while they are taking place and Completed after they end. The event end time also determines its deadline.
