More control over 360° reviews, improved course editing, and better learning experiences

This release gives organizations more control over 360° review privacy and reporting, introduces dedicated permissions for review management, and improves course editing, simulations, and content playback.
More control over 360° review privacy
You can now configure how results are displayed and who can access them, with flexible anonymity settings for different review scenarios.

What’s new:
  • Choose how results are displayed: individual responses, group averages, or an overall score.
  • Set anonymity to required, optional, or disabled.
  • Configure report visibility separately for administrators, managers, and participants being reviewed.
  • Protect confidentiality by restricting changes that would reduce privacy once responses have started coming in.
Dedicated permissions for 360° reviews
Manage access to 360° review operations with separate permissions for creating, managing, deleting, assigning, and viewing reviews.
Improved course editing and content playback
  • The course editor now remembers your recently used colors.
  • Editing lesson text resets the prepared voice-over text when generation is not in progress, helping keep narration aligned with lesson content.
  • If a learner returns to a completed simulation in a course, they see the final report page with an option to try again.
  • Tables now have improved sorting, and the administrator knowledge base interface has been refined.
Other improvements
  • Updated scrollbars and interface elements across the platform.
  • Added more flexibility for customizing the color of Notes.
  • Improved handling of participant information in AI assessment of SCORM responses.
