Customizable tables, improved simulations, larger video uploads, and secure learning experiences

This release adds more flexibility to reporting and content creation, improves automatic completion rules, and introduces Secure mode for courses, assessments, and simulations.
Secure mode for courses, assessments, and simulations
A new Secure mode helps protect learning content during an activity.

What’s new:
  • Restrict copying and printing of task content.
  • Hide content when a user switches away from the activity.
  • Prevent navigation to other course pages while an activity is in progress.
Improved automatic completion
Automatic completion rules now provide a clearer learning experience:

  • Automatically completed chapters and assignments are visibly marked.
  • Learners do not see the contents of assignments that have been automatically credited.
  • Automatically credited attempts do not affect participation scores or the number of attempts used.
  • Learners can still submit their own answers after a chapter has been automatically completed.
  • Failed attempts on an automatically credited quiz do not remove the learner from the course.
Better simulation audio
The audio player remembers its state. If a learner enables voice playback, it continues playing subsequent dialogue without requiring them to press Play again.
Other improvements
  • Increased the maximum video upload size from 2 GB to 10 GB.
  • Added folder selection when uploading documents to the knowledge base.
  • Improved the mobile layout of SCORM courses.
