Connect Evolve with Microsoft Copilot, customize employee dashboards, and gain more control over learning assignments

This release expands how employees access learning, improves manager dashboards and assessment reporting, and introduces more flexible assignment rules and content protection.
Customize the employee dashboard
Administrators can choose which dashboard sections to display and change their order at the account level. The dashboard also features an improved mobile layout.
Better course and track navigation
  • Start or continue a course directly from within its learning track.
  • Course categories are visible again in My Courses and the course catalog.
  • Automatic chapter completion now accounts for optional content.
  • Reports display learning duration in days, hours, and minutes.
More control over simulations
  • Administrators can make individual custom simulations unavailable for editing.
  • Simulation configuration fields now support more flexible descriptions of goals, tasks, criteria, and characters.
  • Fixed simulation positioning and duplication issues in courses.
  • Simulation generation now passes prompts, avatars, voices, duration, and ready-to-use links automatically.
Flexible learning assignments
  • Configure repeat assignments with separate rules for Not started and In progress statuses.
  • Set repeat assignments in scenarios.
  • Improved scrolling when selecting participants for track assignments.
Content protection
Added restrictions on printing and saving learning content, along with warnings when users attempt to capture the screen.
More accurate assessments and reports
  • In 360° assessments, response options without an assigned score are excluded from average calculations.
  • Improved reporting and assessment behavior help ensure results reflect the intended evaluation rules.
Other improvements
  • Improved translation reliability with retry handling and clearer error messages.
  • Strengthened protection against outdated AI results overwriting newer results.
