New manager insights, improved employee dashboards, and more control over notifications and learning content
This release expands the metrics available to managers, makes employee learning priorities easier to track, and introduces more flexible email settings, SCORM options, and knowledge base management.
More insights for managers
Managers can now track four key areas directly from the dashboard:
- Learning progress
- Employee engagement
- Learning performance
- Employees who may need attention
A clearer view of learning priorities
The employee dashboard now highlights important courses three days before their deadlines. The calendar preserves the full course period, and overdue courses with non-strict deadlines remain marked as important until completed.
Improved course and simulation navigation
- Course and track lists now use clearer sorting rules based on deadlines, assignments, and completion status.
- Course lists include progress percentages and completion dates.
- Simulation lists take assignments and course availability into account.
- Simulation cards can display a horizontal AI avatar preview when one is available.
More control over course design and content generation
- Course generation requests retain account colors and design settings.
- You can configure transition animations, which are disabled by default.
- Tracks and 360° assessments now support cover images.
- Saving track settings no longer overwrites a cover image uploaded at the same time.
- Generation status is preserved when users return to a content generation page, including whether a previous attempt succeeded or failed.
Expanded SCORM support
SCORM workflows now support additional content and assessment options:
- Importing new Evolve packages preserves cover images.
- AI evaluation of open-ended responses supports participant names and returns scores by criterion.
- Exports can include chapter completion data based on indicators.
- You can select the SCORM package version and whether to include AI features, subject to your plan.
More flexible email notifications
Email settings now offer greater control over templates, branding, languages, and delivery:
- Choose between universal templates and templates configured for your platform.
- Apply platform and account branding, with manual template overrides by notification type, language, and account.
- Use expanded email translations and configure notification languages for tracks and 360° assessments.
- Disable selected notification types across an account.
- Validate template variables and access tools to help fix template issues.
- Send event invitations using templates and schedule email reminders before events.
Other improvements
- Improved AI assessment previews and adaptive interview reporting, including response duration and HTML and Excel reports.
- Added the ability to reindex knowledge base sources without deleting them.
- Improved knowledge base question handling and categorization.
