Simulation access, group assessments, and new interactive elements

This release adds more flexibility to simulation access, expands development track assessments, and introduces new options for interactive content.
Launch simulations without a course

When creating a simulation, you can now disable the requirement to associate it with a course using the “Launch without course” setting.
Group assessment is now a full development track stage

Group assessment is now a fully integrated stage of a development track. You can set a completion deadline, make it a requirement for unlocking the next stage, and assign assessors directly from an employee’s profile.
All assessments in one place

Managers can now see all assessments related to an employee in their profile - including assessments they need to complete and those being completed by other assessors.
Course language change

You can now manually select a course language when editing its settings.
More intuitive navigation

The "Back" button now consistently takes users to the page they came from.
Simulation improvements

We’ve improved several small issues across simulations, including processing messages, the actions window, and the way simulations are displayed when there are many items in the list.
