Course generation from website links, voiceover, and editor updates

Course generation from website links in Evolve Generate
Evolve Generate now supports creating courses not only from documents, but also directly from website links. When generating a course, the platform automatically analyzes the page content and uses it to create structured learning and microlearning materials.

Supported sources include:
  • corporate websites,
  • internal knowledge bases,
  • public content pages.
We also added link validation: if a file-sharing link is provided instead of a website, the system will display a warning.

Voiceover generation
Updated course editor
We redesigned the course editing experience to make content management faster and more convenient.

Updates include:
  • improved editing structure,
  • easier lesson navigation,
  • updated handling of imported SCORM courses.

For SCORM courses:
  • the course title is now automatically taken from the uploaded file name,
  • the platform’s default start screen is no longer displayed over the SCORM cover to preserve the original course experience.

New course statuses
To improve content management, new course statuses have been added:
  • Draft
  • Published
  • Archived
Administrators can now manage the course lifecycle more clearly and track course status directly in the interface.
Additional improvements include:
  • warnings for unpublished courses,
  • notifications when assigning draft or archived courses,
  • quick publishing directly from the course page.
