Course reassignment, assessment reminders, and platform reliability


This release adds new tools for managing course assignments, improves group assessment workflows, and increases the reliability of automated assessment and SCORM results.
Course assignment improvements

  • Reassign courses directly from assignment lists.
  • Search assignments to quickly find specific users or courses.
  • The user upload modal now lets administrators download the current user list in the same template and use it for updates.
Group assessment improvements

  • The "Finish" button in group assessments has been moved higher in the interface and now includes a confirmation warning.
  • Scheduled reminders for group assessments are now supported, including correct reminder timing when the deadline falls on the final day.
  • Observers can now search for employees directly within the assessment.
Video generation settings

The video generation modal now includes a direct link to video generation settings, making configuration easier to access.
More reliable automated assessment

AI-based task evaluation is now more reliable through background processing, automatic retries, and recovery after system restarts.
Improved SCORM result tracking

Imported SCORM courses now provide more accurate completion and result statuses based on success_status, lesson_status, and available score data.
New lesson header styling

Generated lesson headers now automatically use an appropriate text color for better readability, with white used as a fallback.
Several fixes

  • Fixed file uploads in assignments and surveys.
  • Fixed an issue preventing some users from signing in.
  • Added an error message when an inactive user is added to a learning track.
  • Fixed the mobile display of Connect cards.
  • Fixed the media content link in Smart Generation.
  • Updated the user sign-in error message.
