Simulations in courses, new Analytics insights capabilities for managers, multiple attempts for open-ended answers and much more

This release adds simulations to courses, introduces new Insights capabilities for managers and observers, and adds more control over assessments, course navigation, and content creation.
Simulations in courses

You can now add a simulator to a course and place it anywhere in the course.

What's new:
  • Place the simulator between any course elements.
  • Make the simulator required or optional.
Analytics insights for managers

Managers and observers can now use Analytics insights to ask questions about employee data and get AI-powered analysis.
Multiple attempts for open-ended answers

You can now set the number of attempts for open-ended answers.
Users can retry their answers and use feedback to improve their responses.
Folders and access in the knowledge base

You can now organize knowledge base content into folders and manage access based on your organizational structure.

Access can be set by:
  • Department
  • Job role
Custom buttons in the course editor

You can now add and customize buttons within lessons and between lessons to create more flexible course navigation.
More precise language options

Course generation now supports specific language variants:
  • English - US English and UK English
  • Chinese - Mainland China and Taiwan
Assessment updates

  • Assessment deadlines can now be set individually for each participant.
  • Managers are now assigned as assessors based on the manager of the participant's parent organizational unit.
  • Text copying can now be disabled in assessments.
Comments after course publishing

Comments are automatically disabled when a course is published. Commenters keep access through the course link but can only view existing comments.
Other improvements

  • Added guidance in sorting controls.
  • Added a clear error when an Excel upload exceeds the employee limit.
  • Added a clear error when users try to launch a course that is still in draft.
  • Video generation errors now show a user-friendly message instead of an internal error.
  • Course reassignment now works for deleted courses/users.
  • Redesigned account settings.
