Course progress modes, clearer progress tracking, updates to SCORM, simulations, translations and more


This release adds configurable course progression modes, clearer progress tracking, improved course management, and updates to SCORM, simulations, translations, and more.
Configurable course progression

Course settings now let you choose how learners move through the course:

  • Sequential — lessons must be completed in order.
  • Parallel — all lessons are available at the same time.
  • Hybrid — lessons are available in parallel within a chapter, while chapters must be completed in order.
Clearer course progress

Course progress now makes incomplete lessons and assignments more visible. When "Continue" is unavailable, users can immediately see what needs to be completed.
Course management updates

  • Deleted courses no longer appear under "Completed" for users.
  • Courses can now be reassigned after a user has been removed from the course.
  • The user and manager assessment lists have been redesigned.
Other updates

  • Evolve Smart Generate requests are now saved when an error occurs, allowing users to edit and resubmit them.
  • Simulation welcome messages now appear even when a simulation is already in progress.
  • SCORM course progress and completion time are displayed more clearly.
  • Courses sent for translation are hidden from users until translation is complete.
  • Courses returned to draft are no longer locked for further actions.
