New Simulation experience and enhanced 360° Assessments

This release focuses on improving the learner experience, reporting, and assessment tools.

Generate Smart improvements

We've streamlined generated microlearning courses by removing duplicate information and unnecessary elements that distracted from the core content.

Updated simulation experience

We've redesigned the simulation experience to make practice more natural and feedback more actionable.

What's new:

Conversations are now displayed in a familiar chat format.
Conversation history remains visible throughout the simulation.
Learners can adjust voice playback speed.
Upon completion, learners receive a detailed report with an overall score and results by evaluation criteria.

We've also updated simulator management for administrators:

A new table view makes it easier to manage simulators.
Simulators can now be launched directly from the simulator list.

We've updated the assessments management page..

Administrators can now:

View the original prompt used to generate an assessment.
Access the competency matrix used during assessment creation.

These updates make assessment configuration and validation more transparent.

More accurate filtering

When selecting multiple categories, filters now work using AND logic instead of OR logic.
This helps administrators find and organize content more precisely.

Updated "My team" report

We've improved the manager reporting experience. Managers can now:

View only courses relevant to their team members.
See course statuses highlighted with color indicators.
More easily track learning progress and identify areas requiring attention.
